5 Creative And Unusual Tips

Envelopes:
Ever need extra envelopes to send bills, checks, or letters but dont have any on hand? Collect extra envelopes from bills you receive in the mail that send a blank envelope for return payments. Most of the time we pay our bills online now and dont use the envelopes they come with. Recycle and use them for when you need one.

Soda: 
Spending a lot at the movies for a soda? Next time ask for no ice. The soda in the machine will come out cold and stay cold for a while, meaning you dont need ice. Ice waters down your soda and you dont get as much as you could because ice is a filler.

Diapers:
If you buy diapers for little ones sign up for the brand’s mailing list. You can get really good coupons or deals when you check it regularly. Having an email app on your phone makes it easy to scroll through or use your email search. Then print and voila!

Coupons:
Clip coupons from the adds in the mail and price match. That will save alot on groceries. Its a little time consuming but set aside an hour and youll end up with way more on your grocery trip.

Heating and Cooling:
Turn off the heater when you leave the house same with the a/c. This one seems like a no brainer but its easy to forget when in a rush. Make it a habit or write a note on the front door.

Everyones Storm

WE CAN DO BETTER!

A couple of days ago a storm came through here that was crazy. I’ve never seen that much hail and rain. It reminded me of when I was living in my old house. Every time there was a bad storm I had to go through some major things to get the lights back on in the house. One time there was a storm so bad that lightning hit the house and all the power went out. I looked across the street and my neighbor had power, so I knew the problem was just in my house.

Stay with me, I’m going somewhere here…

I knew I had to get to the circuit breaker to fix what was going on. Now, in my old house, the breaker box was in the attic, and in order to get to it I had to climb a ladder, go up a flight of stairs and then climb over an air conditioning unit, all the while trying to not step through the ceiling joist or I would go straight through the sheet rock. And imagine trying to do all of this in the dark. But I had to do it if I wanted lights on in my house.

I got to the breaker box and started turning the breakers back on. For those of you who are not up on your DIY (do it yourself, LOL), the circuit breakers protect the house from further damage by turning themselves off if they get too much power or pull too much power to them.

As I was thinking about this yesterday I started thinking about us as people, as souls… me, you and any other human on this planet. What is common about us all is that we all, at one time or another, will go through or have been through a storm, and sometimes the storms are so bad that they turn off circuit breakers in our lives. We can look at others who have gone through the same storm and they are fine, like my neighbor across the street. They had power, but I was in the dark. Same storm, but it affected me differently. Many people can have the same experience and get over it but it affects each of us differently. Never let someone tell you to just get over it because they did. It’s not that simple.

When circuit breakers shut down in our lives they usually turn off to protect us from trauma, but just because they turn off doesn’t mean that they are supposed to stay off. A lot of times we leave them off because we don’t want to do all that is necessary to reach the breaker box to turn them back on. So what happens? We begin to live a life that is not as bright and fulfilling as it was originally designed to be. You just stay in the dark because it’s easier to not go through what you need to go through for healing. Trust me, I’ve been there, lived there for a while until I realized that I wanted all the lights on in my soul. I had to get these breakers back on.

Why am I saying this to you? Well I know that God designed all of us to live the fullest life that we can, to live in the light, love and joy. It is my hope and prayer today that you will start to do the work to turn on some of the breakers that may have been turned off in your life by difficult moments. What do I mean by that? If you have a dream and you stopped dreaming because it got too hard, that’s a breaker that went off. Turn it back on. If you decided that you wouldn’t love anyone else because you’ve been hurt, that’s a breaker that’s been turned off. Turn it back on. If you have decided to give up on life because nothing seems to go right, that’s a breaker that went off. Turn it back on. If you have given up on your kids because they won’t do the right thing, that’s a breaker that went off. Turn it back on.

You see what I mean? Go through your life and look at all the people who have hurt you. Look at all the situations that have left you in the dark. Turn those breakers back on. Live in a full house. One of my favorite scriptures says, “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father, which is in heaven.” Light up your soul!

Sleeping in good company

So true! Not everything has to be sexual! Just feeling safe and warm in somebodys arms knowing they care is all you need! :)
People always think that when you sleep together, there’s always something that is happening in between the sheets and the bed. But let me tell you, It’s not always like that. The feeling of actually hugging each other until you fall asleep, the warmth of each other’s breath, and the total happiness in the morning when you wake up right beside them. Everything may sound so good to be true, but sometimes it takes a lot of responsibility and love to be able to be as wholesome as possible. Sleeping with your special someone is one of the most heartwarming experiences you’ll ever have. No nothing, simply hugging and smiling yourself to sleep.

My Daughter <3

I hate that people assume that my daughter was an “accident”. I made a vow that none of my children would ever be a mistake or unplanned because I would never want my children to think they were unwanted. Sorry to be blunt but people can be pretty blunt asking me if my daughter was planned or not. If people must be nosy and get into others business then I will tell you now, we were trying to have lakyn. I don’t believe in hormonal birth control because its not natural for the body and screws it up. So before you offend me the next time I announce that I’m pregnant, by asking if the condom broke, if it was a mistake, an accident, an unplanned pregnancy, or one of God’s surprises, the answer will be NO. All of my children are planned and if you intetionally have sex, you intentionally make a baby. In case anyone hasn’t realized by now that’s kind of what happens when you lay down with someone. Kaythanksbye.

Look what he says toward the bottom…”this is not about anyones constitutional right to own a weapon” umm hell yes it is! Its about our right to defend ourselves with guns against mass murderers and government that tries to take our guns away. Is it our fault that there are horrible people out there that make the choices they do? No that isn’t our fault. He says …”think of the people of sandy hook”….Yah think of what they could have done if they exercised their right to the second amendment. They could have put a stop to that gunman before he went too far, if the teachers were armed and trained to PROTECT! Also the second amendment doesn’t say you have the right to bear arms and shoot anyone you please. No, it has stipulations and rules it is for protection and also for the purpose of a government trying to take away gun rights from its citizens, so why take away guns?

This next link (i posted several because im not sure which one will work), titled The Berrics is a young mans story about getting shot randomly by some other kid because the purpose of the shooter was so he could be initiated into a gang. How do we know that’s not what happened at sandy hook? Words cant be traced. If you tell someone something unless that person admits to saying it to another person and you have no evidence it CANNOT be tracked. Those words and that secret will die with that person who said them. And in some cases the person who may have received them.

Anti Abortion Rant

So today i posted a video of a live ultrasound abortion being performed on a 12 week old gestation baby http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x_KvVMZw_a4&sns=fb

An acquaintance commented on the post and proceeded to tell me: “They just use a pill now. That’s not how it’s done. And the kid in that ultrasound was too large to be aborted.” 

So i said: “It was 12 Weeks They abort babies up to 20 weeks this is how they still do abortions the procedure is clearly written take a look.”

Needless to say this young lady is very uneducated in her statement. First of all that is how its done i posted a link… Apparently this isn’t how babies are aborted…. This link came straight from a pregnancy help center here in the town i live in and the copyright at the bottom is 2013…im pretty sure that is current. So now let me get on to my rant; First of all people like to be in denial about abortion, thinking the procedure isnt as bad as it really is (i wish i had the link to a youtube video which showed the doctors using the suction tool repeatedly sucking the remains and blood of this child and you could see all the blood going through this tube, but i cant find it in my history). The pill this young lady is talking about is the “morning after” pill AKA plan B, its the only one on the market available and its for after unprotected/condom broke INTENTIONAL sex. You take it and it makes you have a period. That is not a pill for abortions. Secondly people like to bring up the debate of rape and abortions. “well what if” “what if someone was raped” Here’s the scoop, If you were raped you would know and therefore can seek medical attention right away or have access to the plan B pill, NOT wait until this baby is formed and has a heartbeat to have an abortion and sure as hell not wait 20 something weeks! “Well what if i was drugged and then raped and was unconscious?” You would still know because here’s the thing if you’re raped it is against your consent and will, am i right? Therefore you have no lubrication because you are not in an aroused state and to penetrate would mean force and force HURTS. When you awake from being drugged your body will hurt especially your genital area. I would know, i was raped. If you know you’ve been raped and there is medical help and a plan B pill there is no need for an abortion. And 95% of the time an abortion is from INTENTIONAL, CONSENSUAL act of sex and an irresponsible act at that. Most people are trying to “get rid” of these unwanted babies because they were irresponsible with their bodies and now dont want to pay the consequences. They use rape as an excuse to make it legal so anyone can have a choice even if it was their own fault, an irresponsible person who chose to do something they weren’t ready for. Dont insult rape victims that way, using them as an excuse for your convenience and choices. Because that rape victim most likely would someday want a baby that is from their consent and not a rape and people just go around aborting them because of their selfishness. Bottom line abortion is wrong. There are rape cases but should be dealt with promptly before the baby starts noticeably forming. 

And of course i speak for moral beliefs and reasoning for unborn babies, because you have to ask that question: “is it for medical reasons or is it because this person was selfish and irresponsible with their body and want to “get rid” of a baby because it was their own fault and were irresponsible?”  It doesn’t matter what percentage of abortions are done before/on/after WHATEVER a certain gestation week number is, or the procedure or any of that, what matters is the reason and is it wrong? Boy is it wrong on so many levels especially because sadly most abortions are NOT done for rape or medical reasons. Show me a chart, do a study and actual statistics on the reasons for abortion and lets see which reason prevails! Maybe people dont do those kinds of studies because they know what will show up and that abortion would be shut down. Abortions cost tax payers so much money and abstinence campaigns, but it costs more for an abortion than to just NOT do what you aren’t ready for. And if an abortion for medical reasons is necessary: medicine practice is so advanced nowadays that they can help you with most any problems you might have with a baby without abortion as a first option. People have cancer and still live because of advanced medical care we don’t kill off people with cancer because they’re sick or something is wrong, and if it is for medical reasons give me an example of an illness and something that is beyond medical help that an abortion needs to be used and is necessary (AS IN A LAST RESORT, AS IN THE MOTHER AND CHILD WILL DIE IF THIS CHILD IS NOT REMOVED). Just like if you were pregnant and WANTED the child, the medical team would do everything necessary to keep this baby alive and HELP it THROUGH any issues you may encounter in your pregnancy/birth. That’s the difference between wanted and unwanted. If medical teams can interfere medically to help keep your baby alive when you want it then they have the tools and know how to keep your baby alive rather than reverting to abortion for a mysterious “medical reason” which never seems to be outlined in anything i’ve ever read. What are these mysterious “medical reasons” exactly? Examples please! Give examples, testimonies of abortion accounts for these “rapes” and “medical reasons” enlighten me because i would like to know of these such “medically needed abortions”. ALL of the abortion reasons IVE heard from people that i know, are because it was a “bad time” for a baby, or they didnt want a child but chose to have unprotected sex anyway. That is what IVE heard. Never heard from anyone i know personally or read about, an abortion from a rape (not saying it doesnt happen just means its rare) or medical reasons. And the reason i think that ive never heard or read about it is because even if it is out there and DOES happen, the majority of abortions are sadly and unfortunately the reality of a screwed up race of people who have no morals and are simply trying to get rid of a child that is a consequence of their selfish actions.

What scares me most is that if we as people are taught and become so NUMB and BLIND and UNCOMPASSIONATE to the the most innocent of innocents: UNBORN HELPLESS DEFENSELESS BABIES without a voice to give consent to THEIR OWN BODIES, what makes us think we will be able to have compassion and empathy towards anything or anyone else? People say its a woman’s body and her choice…well its that babies body and it didnt have a choice. Neither to be conceived nor murdered.
